| Just like you I am in the process of branding myself for a long, successful venture on the Internet. Branding is the key to any business. Do you realize that if you opened up a store and after doing all of the market research and getting all of your necessary vendors in order, before you even opened the doors you would need to advertise heavily? Our titles in our URL'S and in the headlines we put in articles and forums are the catchy jingles. The information we share, is our word of mouth advertising. Our list are our customers who can spread the word about us. And in the process we are achieving the goal of branding for success. So ask yourself some questions today. If you just spent over 100,000 for a business in a great location and had to advertise, would you come across weak? Would you learn everything you could to implement a great system? Would you get the best POS system to link your back office with your sales floor to maximize profit? Would you test different ad campaigns and do what works, like MS? Would you spend hours automating your store so eventually you would have management in place to free you up once in a while? You would be the expert in the community and you would have lead in items to draw the customers in or you would be out of business fast. Treat this business as a business and Brand yourself today. |
