Give Your Articles Away!
How writing articles and giving them to others can drive traffic to your website.
It sounds counterintuitive, but it works: you can pre-sell customers and drive them to your website. The idea behind it is that other sites have what you want: a proven pool of customers who are looking for products and information that you have. In other words, they’re pre-sold on your products. All you have to do is show them the right item and you’ve got them.
How do you reach these pre-sold customers? By proving that you know your stuff, and then giving them an easy way to reach your products, like a direct link to your website.
The only way you can demonstrate to someone that you know your stuff is through communication; the primary way to communicate online is through writing. It stands to reason, therefore, that if people read what you have written and are impressed, they’re going to expect that you know what you’re talking about.
So you try to reach as many people with your words as you can. It’s that simple, and that complicated.
The Concept: Giving Away Your Words
The one thing that everyone is hungry for online is great quality content ? not just words, but words that tell people something they didn’t know before: information on a new product, a new use for an old one, consumer information, etc. Think about it ? if someone asked you to put a good article on your website.
“Babe” Didrickson Zaharias was a phenomenal athlete. This Texan ran, jumped, rode horses, and played basketball and baseball—with tremendous flair.
In the Olympic tryouts in 1932, she won five first places in track and field events. In the games of that year in Los Angeles, she won a gold medal in the women’s 80 meter hurdles, a gold medal in the javelin throw, and a silver medal in the high jump.
After the Olympics, Zaharias turned to golf. Although she started from scratch, she won the National Women’s Amateur and the British Women’s Amateur.
The press hailed her as a “natural athlete.” They often referred to as an “automatic champion.”
But the real story behind Zaharias fairy-tale success was her painstaking diligence. Her success came from studied repetition. In every sport she undertook, she was methodical, deliberate, and persistent. She was neither “natural” nor “automatic.”
When, for example, she played golf for the first time, she did not automatically master the game. Instead she studied the game carefully, covering all its complex skill sets, under the tutelage of the finest golf teacher she could find. She looked at all the elements of the golf swing, broke it down into parts, then put it all together in a fluid movement.
For All You Truckers Out There
Since I put more than 2 million miles under my skinny behind inside truck cabs weighing up to 140,000 lbs. or 63,500 kg. I have at least a limited knowledge of the trucking industry. While pulling flat beds, vans, reefers, rack and tarp or sliders, multi axle and B-trains,I handled lumber to dry bulk, steel to plastic and liquified petroleum gases like propane.
But what I learned to handle best was people and most have some sense of humour
This includes shippers, dock workers, receivers, and dispatchers ;simple hard workers, management and most of all Truck Drivers without whom there would be no goods in any stores nor a car in nearly every driveway.
There are many drivers out on the roads including those that drive the big rigs, but only the best can be called “Truck Drivers”. Personally I am a very good accident free driver of trucks ;someone who needed a ‘job’.As I said,I am good at it but my heart is at home ,not on the road.
So, for all you drivers who can tell many stories ,I give you a list of links about truck stories, many of them funny,[They are not my sites and hopefully most of the addad tales remain clean.]

Spiders, Foxes, and Articles
By: Jay Stockman
In case you haven?t ever read anything by me yet, or in case you haven?t quite twigged my angle yet, then the simplest way I could put my overall marketing philosophy, is like this, Think of a spider, and its web, and also imagine a Fox, and his Cunning ways.
To define these as strategies, I would say, the spider was Catchall type Fisherman strategy ( yes I was going to try and use a fishing analogy here but I have heard some before, and well, it just isn?t fit, ) Whereas the Fox, is a highly adaptive species, very clever, and will be able to figure out where to get food in practically any environment.
Imagine, A spider-fox, an animal with all the cunning of a fox, and the ability to spin webs too! don?t you think that fox would set some Cunning traps, in places you wouldn?t even imagine? trying his luck, as well as edging his bets with Certain Sure Win food-Traps, imagine the Spider-Foxes surprise, when it stumbles across a trap it laid some days ago, and noticed it had more food than he had caught all week!!!
That is my approach to marketing,
Some people preach the Spider web philosophy, spread a Huge web and catch what you can, Bigger the Web, the more food you get. Sure, its true, its true, go on and do your work like that, yeah, you will make money.

Starting an Internet Business – Advice That Nobody Else Gives You
By Eric Graudins
This article will introduce you to the simple building blocks that form the foundation of every internet business. You will also discover the master key that is at the heart of every website. Without this master key, you do not have control of your internet business.
Most business owners are what I call Technically Terrified.
They are very smart, but they know almost nothing about the process of setting up their website. So they get somebody to do everything for them. They often do not WANT to know any of the technical details. This is a BIG MISTAKE. Because if something goes wrong, they are helpless if their web person is unavailable for any reason.
There is nothing magical about setting up a website. It is only a few things that are connected together. Just like a jigsaw puzzle. No pointy hats, or wizard cloaks needed. And if you do not know how to do something, there is always someone who can do it for you. The important thing is to have an understanding of what is happening, and to stay in charge of the proceedings.
The most important parts of your website are:
- Your domain name – your unique address on the internet
- Your domain registrar – the place where you purchase your domain name
Writing a long form squeeze page is like combining a squeeze page with a landing page. It can also be in the form of a copy writing article simply telling a story that seems unrelated and yet leads to the same goals as a landing page and a squeeze page. So I will tell you a basically fictional story based on facts from a few different events .
Almost everything you have in your possession has at one time probably been delivered somewhere by a trucker. This involves producers, manufacturers, shippers, trucking companies and receivers. They all have their own agenda and rarely see the whole picture as well as a trucker.
It has been a slow year for trucking so finances play a key factor in decisions ,good or bad. Christmas is fast approaching and every load means a little more money that can be set aside for presents. Three days to go and the ‘kitty’ is pretty meager. Now my boss is a tough experienced trucker himself and can be ‘all business’ no matter what happens. He is the kind of guy you don’t mess with. He tells me he has an urgent long haul delivery to Duluth. For our own safety ,there are laws for truckers for Hours of Service and with 4 hours sleep [before the new rules], I could legally log my trip and be back home Christmas eve.
